From editorial innovation to territorial transformation
Big Magazine is an independent creative platform founded in Madrid in 1993 and later reimagined in New York.
From the beginning, Big challenged the conventions of traditional publishing by bringing together photography, art, fashion, design, architecture, travel, and writing within a single editorial vision. Each project was created in collaboration with an international network of leading and emerging talent, with complete creative freedom and a commitment to producing relevant, original, and enduring work.
Big was never simply a magazine. It became a platform for exploring ideas, people, cultures, and places—and for transforming them into powerful visual and editorial experiences
A NEW CHAPTER
Today, Big applies more than three decades of editorial experience to a new generation of projects connecting culture, mobility, tourism, sustainability, and territorial development.
We create platforms that go beyond communication. By combining original content, strategic partnerships, technology, and work on the ground, Big helps activate destinations, connect communities, and reveal new opportunities within each territory.
Our projects are developed through a global perspective and a deeply local approach. We collaborate with companies, public institutions, hotels, cultural organizations, creators, and communities to turn ambitious ideas into visible and meaningful experiences.
BIG ROAD
Big Road is the evolution of Big Magazine’s long-standing relationship with travel, places, and cultural exploration.
The platform connects electric mobility, tourism, hospitality, and regional development through carefully designed routes and destination-based projects.
Its principal initiative, Green Corridors Chile, is creating a national network of electric routes connecting charging infrastructure with hotels, wineries, cultural destinations, and local communities.
Developed in partnership with Copec Voltex, the project combines charging infrastructure and operation with Big Magazine’s territorial coordination, route design, and original editorial content.
From the Atacama Desert to Patagonia, Green Corridors proposes a cleaner, more connected, and more meaningful way to explore Chile.
Big Road is also being developed internationally, with projects and opportunities in Spain and the United States.
